Faq

1. How often will  the  online shop be restocked ?
Tentatively there is no restock schedule on any of my products  given most of my products are limited releases. If you want to stay up to state  please follow @animativesapace on all socials, and subscribe to my mailing list for info on new and restocked product

2. No Refunds. All sales are final. 

3. Can I do a pick up instead of paying for shipping?
No in-store pick-ups is not available at this time.

4. When will my order ship?
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days of being received and they will take about 5-7 business days to arrive depending on final product destination. Once orders are shipped  and you will receive a confirmation email including tracking number once your order is processed. Exceptions to this policy include pre-orders, and custom pieces, which may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship.

5. Payment

We accept Credit Cards and PayPal. We only ship to the Billing Address of the Credit Card.

6. Sales Tax

All orders shipped inside of Canada are subject to Government (GST) and respective Provincial Sales Taxes (PST/HST). There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of Canada.
